About orders
1 Ordering products
On the details page of the product you want, select the item that corresponds to the desired color and size on the screen that appears, and click ADD TO CART to stock the product in your CART. You can also change the quantity of items you wish to purchase on the CART screen. Once you have selected your products, click CHECK OUT on the CART screen to begin the purchase flow. Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept returns, changes to order details, additions, changes to payment methods, or combined shipping. Please be aware of this in advance. When placing an order, please be sure to check the product details carefully on the product page.
2 Information
If you are already a registered member, your registration information will be automatically displayed when you log in. If you would like to purchase without registering as a member, please enter your email address, shipping address, etc.
3 Confirm payment method
Please select "Credit card" as your payment method. Choose your billing address and choose whether or not you want to retain your information. Please carefully review the contents of your cart and click Complete Order.
4 View the "Order Completed" page
The "Order Completed" screen will be displayed. Once you have completed the application process, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been sent successfully. If you have any questions, please contact us by filling out the necessary information in the inquiry form.
Size Information
At Tuuli, we measure products using our own unique measurement method and list the measurements on the product screen. Please note that even if the same size name is indicated, the size may vary depending on the product, design, and material.

*Domestic shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000 (tax included).
1,000 yen: Hokkaido
800 yen: Northern Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Akita), Shikoku (Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi), Kyushu (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima)
700 yen: Southern Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima), Chugoku (Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi)
600 yen: Kanto (Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanashi), Shinetsu (Niigata, Nagano), Hokuriku (Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui), Chubu (Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie), Kansai (Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama)

Delivery time
Your order will be shipped within approximately 3 business days. (Delivery times vary depending on your delivery address)
*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the New Year holidays. Please note that delays may occur for the following:
- Traffic regulations
- Traffic and bad weather
- Golden Week and New Year's period
- Sale Period
- Delivery to some areas such as Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa and remote islands
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
Generally, products can be received within 7 days from the delivery date. Additionally, we do not accept returns due to extended absence or refusal to accept the item. We cannot resend parcels due to reasons such as an unknown address or an extended absence. If you are unable to receive your order after completing it, please contact us with the details you require. Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive the package for personal reasons, your order will be cancelled. Furthermore, if you return or cancel your order in violation of the regulations, are absent for an extended period of time, or refuse to accept the order, we may, at our discretion, restrict your use of the site in the future, so please be sure to receive your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that the product delivered is defective or different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. We will inform you of the procedure, including the return address, so please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with the required information.
- Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products that have become dirty or damaged due to customer reasons
- Used products
- If the condition of the product when it is returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the box and accessories)
- Products purchased outside the Tuuli online shop
- Products for which you have not notified us in advance of your request to return or exchange

Refund Policy
For returns due to reasons on our part or the delivery company's part, such as the product being damaged upon arrival, customers who paid by credit card will generally have the credit card company debit the amount, or for cash on delivery transactions, if debiting the credit card amount is not possible, the product price, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee will be refunded to the account specified by the customer. If you would like a refund, please let us know your bank account details and we will transfer the money directly to you. Please note that it will take several days for the refund to be processed after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
