Ordering

1 How to Order

On each product page, choose the color and size you want, then click ADD TO CART. You can change the quantity in your cart. When you're ready, click CHECK OUT to continue.
Please note: After placing your order, we cannot make any changes, cancellations, or combine orders. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.

2 Your Information

If you have an account, log in and your saved information will appear. If you’re shopping as a guest, please enter your email and shipping address.

3 Payment

We accept credit cards. Please choose your billing address and whether you want to save your details. Check your order again, then click to complete it.

4 Order Confirmation

Once your order is complete, you’ll see a confirmation page and get a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email, the order might not have gone through. If you're not sure, please contact us through the Contact page.

Sizing

At Tuuli, we measure each item using our own method and show the sizes on the product page. Even if the size name is the same, sizing may vary depending on the design or fabric.
Please note: There may be a 1–2 cm difference depending on the item.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all orders via Yamato Transport. Shipping is free for domestic orders over ¥10,000 (including tax).
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are as follows:

  • ¥660 for deliveries to Kanto (including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, etc.), Shinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu, and Kansai regions.
  • ¥770 for deliveries to South Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima) and the Chugoku region.
  • ¥880 for deliveries to North Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Akita), Shikoku, and Kyushu regions.
  • ¥1,100 for deliveries to Hokkaido.
  • ¥2,200 for deliveries to Okinawa.

We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

Shipping Time

We usually ship within 3 business days after receiving your order. Delivery time depends on the location.
We do not ship on weekends, public holidays, or over New Year. Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Traffic or bad weather
  • Busy seasons (Golden Week, year-end)
  • Sales periods
  • Remote areas like Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, or islands

If You Miss the Delivery

Please receive your package within 7 days after it is delivered. We cannot accept returns due to missed deliveries or refusal to receive the package. Also, we do not resend packages returned due to a wrong address or absence.
If you cannot receive your order, please contact us in advance via the Contact page.
If this happens repeatedly, we may ask you not to use our store again.

Returns & Exchanges

We check all items carefully, but if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via the Contact page.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery
  • The item was damaged or stained by the customer
  • The item has been used
  • The item is returned in a different condition (including packaging or accessories)
  • The item was not bought from Tuuli Online Store
  • No return request was made before sending it back

Refunds

If the item is broken or we made a mistake:

  • If you paid by credit card, we will refund through your card company.
  • If not, we will send the money to your bank account (including shipping and any COD fees).

Refunds may take a few days after we receive the returned item.
